- Sonari operates on custom quotes. Every company has different needs in terms of volume, infrastructure and support. Write to us to get a tailored quote.
- What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
- BYOK means you use your own API key with your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral…). The LLM invoice goes directly to your provider. Sonari adds no markup on tokens.
- Is the number of users limited?
- No. All plans include unlimited users. You pay for capacity (conversations, storage, workflows), not for the number of people accessing the platform.
- What happens if I exceed my conversation quota?
- You can purchase additional conversation packs (non-rollover, monthly) or upgrade to a higher plan. The platform does not cut off conversations mid-month.
- Is On-Premise deployment available on all plans?
- On-Premise deployment is available on the Enterprise plan. It includes installation on your infrastructure, configuration and a dedicated support contract.
